RakkeWood Official's Curator.

An artist out of San Diego, born and raised in SoCal. Been drawing since my high school graduation and fell in love with the craft through my undergrad years in college. If it's mech, horror, or some kind of insect, it's probably my favorite thing ever. Some genres I like range from Sci-fi to Fantasy, with most of them being animated series I grew up with, to today's trending media (Love, Death & Robots mention here).I really enjoy writing, drawing, and being creative. My life has pushed and pulled me in different directions that a younger me could never have predicted, but art has always been an underlying constant I've enjoyed returning to. Especially when it came to movies that visually influenced me to draw more, as in something more self-indulgent like the Kung Fu Panda trilogy. Indie films like Mune, Next Gen, and Plague Dogs and FLCL were all something that made me pick up a pencil. After coming across a couple video games like For Honor, God of War, and Mortal Kombat, I started curating RakkeWood as a personal passion project of mine that I wanted to share with the rest of the art community. I wanted to make something that other people could connect through and bond over, having missed that communal expression myself. (Rip Amino)RakkeWood's based in my life experience and personal aesthetics, which is where it all started. I've been open in the punk scene, participated in the culture, and have moshed to my heart's content for as long as I can remember. I've come to enjoy the lifestyle, the music; it's the biggest contributor to the creative process behind Rakke.
